This recipes features redskin potatoes cooked in broth and mashed without any added oil or margarine.  The broth makes the potatoes extra flavorful and herbs add a nice freshness.

Mashed Redskin PotatoesI love this recipes because it only takes a few minutes of hands on time. You just add the broth, garlic and potatoes to a pot and simmer for 20 minutes. Then add a few more ingredients and mash them all together!
