Simple 4 ingredient vegan alternative to parmesan cheese. Fantastic when sprinkled on pasta, veggies, and more.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup macadamia nuts
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast flakes
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 3/4 tsp onion powder
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to the bowl of a food processor. Pulse several times until mixture is coarsely ground and resembles parmesan cheese.

  2. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a month.
