A healthy alternative to traditional buffalo dips. This recipe is oil-free and plant-based. It's great warm or cold served with veggies or crackers.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup raw cashews, soaked overnight
  • 3 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce (I used Frank's)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Spoon dip into a serving dish and garnish with additional hot sauce if desired. Serve with fresh vegetables or crackers.

  2. Optional: Preheat oven to 350°. place buffalo dip in a covered container in oven for 20-25 minutes until heated through.
